Terms and conditions of use of the Jobbike website

Preamble
Access to and use of the Jobbike Web site are subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU), which constitute a contract between users of the Web site and the Web site creator. By accessing and using the Jobbike site, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.

The site creator reserves the right to modify the GTU at any time, without prior notice or notification. Users are invited to consult the GTCU regularly to keep abreast of any changes.

Definitions
In the GCU, the following terms have the following meanings:

• Site: designates the Internet site accessible at jobbike.vbarre.fr , as well as all its pages, content, functions and services.
• Creator: designates NAIL DEZZAZ, the party responsible for publishing and editing the site, as well as any collaborators, partners or service providers.
• User: means any person who accesses and uses the site, whether registered or not, and whether a student or not.
• Offer: refers to any discount or special offer on a product or service presented on the site by a third-party partner of the creator.

Access to the site
Access to the site is free and open to anyone with Internet access. The creator provides no guarantee as to the availability, continuity, operation or security of the site. The creator reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or limit access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice or compensation, for technical, maintenance or updating reasons, or for any other reason deemed necessary.

The user is responsible for his access to the site, as well as for the hardware and software necessary for its use. The user undertakes not to access the site in a fraudulent, illegal or abusive manner, and not to undermine the integrity, performance or functionality of the site. The user also undertakes not to introduce viruses, malware, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or any other harmful or dangerous elements into the site.

Site registration
Site registration is optional, but is necessary in order to benefit from the offers proposed on the site. Registration is free of charge and reserved for people of legal age and capacity. Registration is also reserved for students, who must prove their status by providing a copy of their student card or other official document.

To register on the site, the user must fill in an online form, indicating his or her first and last name, e-mail address and choosing a password. The user must also accept the site's T&Cs and privacy policy. The user then receives a confirmation email, containing a link to activate their account.

The user is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and updating of the information provided when registering and using the site. The user undertakes not to create an account under a false identity, nor to use the account of another user without their authorization. The user also undertakes not to divulge his/her password to third parties, and to change it regularly.

The creator reserves the right to refuse, suspend or delete a user's account, without notice or justification, in the event of non-compliance with the GCU, fraud, attempted fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

Use of the site
Use of the site consists of consulting the discount offers and special offers available on the site, and ordering the products or services covered by the offers. Use of the site implies compliance with the GCU, as well as with the laws and regulations in force.

The user undertakes to use the site in a loyal, honest and courteous manner, and not to harm the interests, reputation or rights of the creator, other users or third-party partners of the site. In particular, the user undertakes to:

• Not to publish on the site any content that is illicit, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, pornographic, violent, obscene, vulgar, hateful, threatening, harassing, or contrary to public order or morality.
• Not to infringe the intellectual property rights of the creator, other users or third-party partners of the site, by reproducing, representing, modifying, adapting, translating, extracting or reusing all or part of the elements of the site, without prior written authorization.
• Not to collect, store, process or disclose the personal data of other users or third-party partners of the site, without their prior and express consent, and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the French Data Protection Act.
• Not to solicit, offer or carry out commercial or financial transactions outside the site, or in violation of the GTC or the general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) applicable to the offers.
• Do not use the site for professional, commercial or advertising purposes without prior written authorization from the creator.

The creator reserves the right to moderate, delete or block any content or communication that does not comply with the GCU, current laws or regulations, or that infringes the rights or interests of the creator, other users or third-party partners of the site. The creator also reserves the right to penalize any user who fails to comply with the GCU, for example by suspending or deleting their account, or by denying them access to the site.
